General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts between Sky Spell Schweizer TCG and its customers in connection with the purchase of trading cards with anime motifs and other products via the website skyspell.ch.
1.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless they have been approved in writing by the seller.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is only concluded when the customer places an order and this is confirmed in writing by the seller.
2.2 The Customer is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the ordering process. The Seller is not responsible for errors or delays due to inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 The prices for the products are stated on the website and are in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 The Customer may pay for the Products using the payment methods indicated on the Website. Payment is made in advance.
4. Delivery
4.1 The Seller will endeavor to ship the Products within the delivery times specified on the Website. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the Product and destination.
4.2 The shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
5. Right of withdrawal and right of return
5.1 The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 8 days from receipt of the products. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate cancellation policy.
5.2 Information on returning products is included in our separate Returns Policy.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 The Seller warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
6.2 The Seller’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
7. Data protection
7.1 The seller collects and processes the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
8.1 Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
8.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is

8.3 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
