We typically ship your pre-order for Japanese and Chinese products within the week following the official release date. Any exceptions to this will be noted in the respective product description. Should any unforeseen issues arise, you will receive an immediate email with updated information.

All single card orders for which letter delivery has been selected will be sent safely and securely in a padded envelope.

Single cards with a value of over 5 CHF are stored and shipped in toploaders.

For cards with a value of 100 CHF or more, there is also a magnetic holder for protection.
